Okay I have a few problems with the jutsu lists of your characters
1. Rank, if your not at the proper rank you cannot use the jutsu
2. Forbidden, YOU CAN'T USE FORBIDDEN JUTSU IF YOU ARE NOT A KAGE, S-RANK, or SANNIN
3. Chakra, yeah when I modify the lists of jutsu in the creation section I'll add the required chakra

I also have to point out that you should wait for the judge to post BEFORE posting more attacks!!!!!!!!!

also I will be rolling a die from now on to see if your jutsu works
if its odd it works
if its even it fails

if you have any problems feel free to die in a pit of dispair

leaving a fight before its finished is forfeit

Damage will also be included when I modify the lists
