Chakra needle Circle

First you use the chakra needles. Then you throw them in a circle form around your enemy. Then chakra strings come out and attach to your enemy. Then you send chakra in to them like the chakra needles. Its is a high level jutsu.

It is sometimes used for interrogation by some hard core ninja. This can only be taught by me
