Palm blade is a master jutsu used by the Hyuga clan. It makes a blade of blue chakra that will seen a mass amount of chrakra in to your enemy. It feels like the palm attacks used by the hyuga clan just 100 times worse.

You must be part of the Hyuga clan and have the Byakugan.

Can only be used by a master
